| Venkat September 17, 2005 09:11 PM PDT Yes, this movie was little scary. Jo did ok. But you should not compare with Shobana. Jo did not know Bharatnatyam, but did her best. I know she could have done much better (and she can). Simi was supposed to be in Jo's place and if she was, she could have rendered the bharatnatyam dance sequences well. | ||
| bharani June 15, 2005 02:10 PM PDT hee hee i am a bayandanguli....... | ||
| Jothika (REALLY!) May 20, 2005 10:28 AM PDT AWW! You didn't like my dancing? Oh well, I had never done Bharatanatyam before and I had to learn it all in a limited time so, you can't really blame me :-(. Maybe I'll actually have fans someday... | ||
| bharani May 6, 2005 11:01 AM PDT very true...jo was stomping all around the place...i am sure shobana would be no comparison to jo's dancing skills.. | ||
| Rammy May 5, 2005 10:03 PM PDT Talk abt comebacks.. This must be your 10th. :P Anyways, even I found it hard to watch the movie and had to turn away. But it was not "Scary-eyed" Jo, but her bad rendering of Bharatanatyam. Remove the 9 yard silk saree, put on a jean and a tee, she would have been perfect on the disco floor. Apparently, the original movie in Malayalam had Shobana as the lead and she definetly had the poise and charm to win a National award for her role. | ||

| S.K April 29, 2005 11:14 PM PDT ApaBharani, Scared of spirits! Oh, my! Catch hold of some of the ubiquitous sadhu's and saamiyaars. The will dwarf the lot! And howdy. | ||
