| Bharani December 3, 2003 03:01 PM PST rammie, appreciate your optimism...:)) well, i was taking it this way - getting sliced, diced and minced is the normal life & natural death for the tomato...being smashed under the wheels of a bicycle is unnatural death.. anyways, the whole thing is just a figment of the imagination that ran real wild when i watched all this... and this post is an expression of that unsuppressed imagination...:) | ||

| Rammy December 3, 2003 02:44 PM PST Well, looking at the fate of the other tomatoes.. this one had a better death. Not minced and diced.. imagine watching a fellow tomato get sliced up and those ear-piercing shrieks driving you up the wall.. the fear that creeps in, rattling those seeds at the centre, knowing that you might be next. Well this tomato died a valiant death, even if it were under the wheels of a bicycle. It is quite possible that the squashed remains, feed a hungry crow, who carries the seed on to a patch of soil and Lo Behold! a new tree is sown, ready to bear fruit. | ||
